NERVE Data conducts no independent investigation beyond publicly available information. We are a data aggregation and analytical platform, not an investigative body.

2. Score Disclaimer

Integrity Score and Win Probability are analytical outputs derived from publicly declared information. They do not constitute statements of fact about any individual. They are not endorsements, recommendations, or assessments of character, morality, or fitness for office.

Scores reflect the data as declared by candidates in their official EC affidavits. NERVE Data makes no claim about the accuracy, completeness, or truthfulness of the underlying declarations.

Win Probability figures are probabilistic ranges — never point predictions. They represent modeled scenarios based on available historical data. Past electoral patterns do not guarantee future outcomes.

3. Language Controls

NERVE Data strictly prohibits the use of the following terms in any auto-generated or manually written content on this platform:

All language refers exclusively to declared figures from verified public sources. Criminal case references state only the count and general nature as per the EC affidavit — never characterise the individual.

4. Liability Limitation

NERVE Data accepts no liability for any campaign, electoral, financial, personal, or professional decision made based on scores, reports, or any content generated on this platform.

Users access this platform entirely at their own risk. NERVE Data is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this platform or reliance on its outputs.

5. Misrepresentation Prohibition

Users agree not to present NERVE Data scores, verdicts, or any outputs:

6. Commercial Use Restriction

Any commercial use of NERVE Data outputs — including but not limited to resale, redistribution, inclusion in paid products or services, or use in commercial research reports — requires a separate written licensing agreement with NERVE Data.

Press and media use for journalistic reporting with appropriate citation is permitted without separate agreement, provided methodology is referenced and outputs are not presented as statements of fact.

7. Data Accuracy and Error Correction

Scores are subject to change as underlying public data updates. Historical data may contain gaps or inconsistencies inherited from source documents. NERVE Data flags known limitations explicitly on every profile.

Error correction policy: Any candidate, their authorised representative, or any person may flag a data error by submitting a dispute through the complaint mechanism on any candidate profile page. Disputes must include the disputed data point, the claimed correct value, and a verifiable source document.

Verified errors will be corrected within 24 hours and publicly acknowledged in the score change log. All disputes are logged regardless of outcome.

All disputes arising from use of nervedata.in or any NERVE Data product or service are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Guwahati, Assam. Indian law applies to all matters relating to this platform.
